Gourmet Frozen Pasta in Paris
Another pre-cooked pasta idea has been introduced and popularized by Picard in France.Ravioli with Ricotta
Ravioli with cheese filling (ricotta, grana padano, pecorino, emmental, edam) and cooked in a creamy sauce with a hint of blue cheese, and a touch of roquette.

Cooked ravioli 39% (ricotta 28% (whey, whole milk, acidity corrector : citric acid), durum wheat, water, liquid egg, mascarpone 3% (cream, acidity corrector : citric acid), grana cheese, sheep cheese, edam cheese (Germany), emmental (Germany, Denmark), salt, yeast extract, natural flavors), whole milk, sour cream, cheeses 17.1% (emmental (Germany, Denmark), blue cheese, grana cheese), butter, roquette salad, wheat flour, modified rice starch, salt, pepper, nutmeg.Conservation:
24 hours in a refrigerator, 3 days in a freezer, several months at a temperature of -18C.Comment: thanks to the flat container and the fact that the sauce is evenly spread over the dish, it is easier to stir ravioli before the meal. Large in size, the raviolis are tender and flavorful.
Cannelloni Bolognese
Fresh pasta with a bolognese filling composed of the tomato bolognese sauce, ground beef, onions and carrots. Topped with tomato and behamel sauce. Slightly baked. "Formula Express", from the collection of individual meals, ready in a few minutes in their speaciall microwave container. Ideal for a quick lunch break.
