New healthy product to your dining table from us:WHOLE GRAINS GOAT CHEESE AGNOLOTTI (Half Moon)
More and more people now days choose healthy food as part of every day life style. We, as a Pasta Factory, would like to assist you on this way with our new whole grain pasta.We already have Whole Wheat Linguini and Whole Wheat Butternut Squash Tortelloni in our list, and we hope you enjoy those products.
Now we are introducing a new item you can use in your lunch or dinner menu. It is Whole Grains Goat Cheese Agnolotti (half moon). As we discussed previously, don't be misled by some articles on carbohydrates, they provide the body with energy it needs for physical activities, and an example of good carbs is whole grains pasta.
Filling, prepared with goat cheese, gives the pasta unique bountiful taste of Italian food you can find also in Northern Italy's hilltop villages surrounded by lush valleys with goat flocks.

To cook 400 grams of pasta, just boil 3-4 liters of water (with little salt if you like), put the Agnolotti in, gently stir the pasta in SOFT BOILING WATER for 10-12 minutes, drain and serve with your favorite Zara's Pasta Sauce and Romano cheese over (lets try our Creamy tomato or Puttanesca sauce).
I also recommend soft and full-bodied vino rosso to complement the meal.
